After more than 40 years as an executive chef, Fred Tauro found that one recipe kept bringing people back: his cheesecake.

What began with a much-loved plain cheesecake grew into Tauro’s NY Style Cheesecakes, a local business in New Fairfield, Connecticut. Encouraged by the response to his recipe, Fred turned a favorite dessert into a new chapter.

Today, the original is joined by fruit cheesecakes, swirls, streusels, chocolate favorites, and more. Every new flavor carries the same care and experience Fred brings to his original recipe.
